By accessing khodraxnquezrion.world or purchasing services from Khodraxnquezrion you accept these terms. If you disagree, discontinue use and notify us so we may close any outstanding accounts.
Permitted use
You may browse documentation, submit truthful contact information, and use purchased features for lawful scheduling of short body activity sessions within your organisation. You may not probe systems for vulnerabilities without written permission, scrape content in a way that degrades service, or misrepresent affiliation with us.
Accounts and credentials
Where accounts exist, you safeguard passwords and promptly report suspected compromise. We may suspend access when we detect abusive traffic patterns or non-payment after notice.
Intellectual property
Branding, interface copy, diagrams, and compiled code remain our property or that of our licensors. You receive a non-exclusive licence to use outputs generated through your own session data.
Disclaimers
Digital tools are provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability. Nothing on the site constitutes professional health advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted, our aggregate liability arising from these terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses except where statute forbids such exclusion.
Dispute resolution
Parties first attempt good-faith negotiation via the Merivale desk contact details. If negotiation fails, courts in Christchurch, New Zealand, hold non-exclusive jurisdiction unless consumer law grants you a mandatory local forum.
Fair Trading Act 1986
We must not mislead you about goods, services, or price. Nothing in these terms limits remedies you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where that Act applies.
Unfair contract terms
Clauses that would be unfair under the unfair contract terms regime in the Fair Trading Act 1986 (as amended) do not apply to consumers to the extent the law says they are void.
